How To Remove And Uninstall Software From Your Computer
One of the tasks that you should regularly undertake is to uninstall software from your computer. Software, especially those that you do not use and that your Internet browser put into your computer, can accumulate on your hard drive and slow down your computer. Surfing the Internet without ample protection will also let malicious code enter your system. You would need to clean your hard drive of unused software every so often to prevent this from happening.
Some people make the mistake of deleting folders from Windows Explorer in an attempt to uninstall software from their computers. This is not the right way to do it because it does not really get rid of the software from your computer. Moreover, you might accidentally delete files that the software you have deleted shares with other software, thus hampering the way these other software work.
There are many ways to uninstall software properly from your computer, and here is how to do it with the Windows Vista operating system.
Removing Software You Installed
As you use your computer, you would be installing software by yourself, software that you use for work, games that you play, applications for easier communication or file sharing with others online, and other such software. Eventually, you would stop using them when you get tired of them or when they have served their purpose.
You would need to uninstall software that you do not use anymore. To do this, you should go to your computer’s Control Panel and open the Programs folder. Click on the name of the software you do not use anymore and then click uninstall.
Removing Browser-Installed Software and Malware
Not all the programs you would find in your computer are applications that you have installed by yourself. When you browse the Internet, the websites you visit sometimes install cookies and other tidbits of code in your computer. If your computer is not protected, malicious software may also find their way into your system, causing your computer to breakdown – or worse, steal data from your computer.
To remove software you did not install by yourself, you would need to use Disk Cleanup. You can type “Disk Cleanup” on the search panel of your Windows Start menu, the small circle carrying the Windows logo on the lower left-hand corner of your screen. You can also find this application by accessing the Administrative Tools folder under the System and Maintenance menu in your Control Panel. Another option would be to download a third-party disk cleaner like CCCleaner.
To remove malware, you can use Windows Defender to scan your computer. You can also scan your computer using protective software that you can download for free, such as Spybot Search and Destroy. You would also need to do a deep scan of your registry to fish out malware hiding in there. To do that, you would need a registry cleaner, which you can also download for free.
After you uninstall software from your computer, remember to defragment your hard drive. This will close all the gaps created by removing data from your hard drive and keep your computer running faster and more smoothly.

Adware Spyware Uninstall ? a Quick Guide on How to Remove Adware and Spyware
If you have found this article chances are you have some form of adware or spyware on your computer. Annoying popups, random programs showing on your hardrive, and a slow sluggish computer are all symptoms of this problem. You may have contracted it from downloading an infected file, downloaded music or movies from a P2P sharing program, or visited a shady website. There are other ways to be sure but these seem to be the most popular. Now to execute a proper adware spyware uninstall you can do one of two things:
Find the malicious adware and spyware files yourself and remove them
2. Find a program to do it for you
I do not recommend option one for a few reasons. First it is very difficult to know by yourself what exactly is causing the problems with your computer. You could conceivably delete a necessary system file and screw up your computer even more. Even if you do know the malicious program and manually uninstall it, the file could have attached itself elsewhere and continue to affect your computer. Spyware and adware often work like parasites, they attach themselves to certain places and then spread throughout your system.
In order to conduct a FULL adware spyware uninstall you need the help of a well oiled spyware and adware killing machine. These spyware removers can detect spyware THROUGHOUT your system and particularly good ones can perform deep registry scans. The best spyware removal tools will have a huge database of potential threats that are constantly updated in order to find new ones. They should also give you detailed reports of the files scanned, detailing which are benevolent and which need to be destroyed.
And one of the best things about these spyware removal programs is some of them can prevent you from further attacks. You won’t even need to worry much about performing an adware spyware uninstall when it’s killing the malicious files BEFORE they infect your computer.
I have reviewed some of the best spyware remover programs available today on my website. Come see what I consider to be the #1 spyware removal tool on the internet. Before you conduct an adware spyware uninstall please check out my reviews to find the best spyware remover for you today!

How to Remove or Uninstall Specific Spyware or Adware ? Read This Before You Try to Remove or Uninstall Specific Spyware or Adware !
So your computer has been infected with spyware. Pop up ads might be bombarding your desktop. Strange programs of unknown origin start finding their way on your computer. Your browser has suddenly been hijacked and seems to have a mind of its own. Or perhaps your computer has just been running much slower lately. Your head is spinning and you want to remove or uninstall the specific spyware or adware that is killing your system.
These are all symptoms of a computer infected with various forms of spyware. If this is true then you are not alone. In fact a CNN study repoted that 90% of internet users have some form of spyware or adware on their computer. Whether they are not aware of the problem or simply lack the necessary removal tools to fight the infection, spyware has certainly become an epidemic.
So how do you get rid of this rotten stuff? Well there are two methods. I will give you my opinion on which is the best below:
Manually remove or uninstall specific spyware or adware. This method is achieved by going to the Add/Remove programs icon in your desktop. Simply go through the programs and select the one that is spyware and zap! Delete it with the click of a button. Of course this assumes that you already know which spyware program is causing all the trouble.
Download a program to perform the adware spyware uninstall for you. This option I recommend for a few reasons. First spyware rarely attacks by itself. It infects your computer through bundled software which means there are typically multiple infections within your CPU. Spyware can also mask itself pretty discreetly either in various folders, your registry, or system critical processes. Bottom line – it’s tough to root this stuff out on your own. You also don’t want to start uninstalling programs you aren’t sure about. You might just end up messing your computer up beyond repair.
When your body has an infection you do not simply target the infected part and start hacking away. Well unless you lived in the Middle Ages of course. But in this day and age you take an antibiotic which works throughout your body to kill the infection wherever it spreads. The same goes with spyware. You need a full system scan to conduct a complete adware spyware uninstall.

Unable To Uninstall Software? Here Is The Right Place!
Have you always come across problems when uninstalling software from your computer? Have you ever been troubled with the mess-up of your computer because of the leftovers from the incomplete uninstalled programs? And have you been inconvenient to take your computer to your friends or the repair store for repairing because of the failure to uninstall a program, which wasted your time and money? To tell the truth, those were what I frequently encountered in uninstalling software before. But now, everything has gone because of the help of a program – Perfect Uninstaller.
Because of the recommendation of my friend, I went to have a try with this program and feel in love with it at the first time. It provided us very easy way to uninstall programs, such as Uninstall, Force Uninstall and Special Uninstall. While using the Uninstall function, we are provided a window which displays all installed programs. To uninstall a specific program, we just need to highlight the program and then a simple click on the “Uninstall” button will begin the uninstall process. It is so easy that a computer idiot can operate it easily. What impressed me so much is the “Force Uninstall” function, which is the most powerful way to uninstall programs that I have ever seen. With this option, no matter whether the program in listed in the Add/Remove Program list or not, or whether it is competed or corrupted, as long as the computer locates on the computer, I can uninstall it from the computer. With the help of this function, I have completely and successfully uninstall Windows Live Messenger from my computer. Here I want to mention that I also love the “Special Uninstall” option so much. In its applications list, I found that it provides us some customized ways to uninstall some difficult-to-uninstall programs, such as Internet Explorer 8, Avg.
Because of the reminder of my friend, I selected to use the “System Manager” to back up my registry automatically. He told me that with the help of this option, I could easily and quickly do a restore job of the system without going into system. Though quite not convinced, I did what he said. A couple days ago, my computer was suffered from malicious software and lots of error messages popping up. I called my friend for help but he didn’t have time and asked me to try restoring my registry with the backup. Luckily, I could bring back my system easily with this function.
Now not only I have uninstalled the unwanted programs with this uninstaller, but also effectively managed my PC registry. And my computer is running as brand new because of the removal of the unwanted programs. If you are frustrated with your slower computer and the large amount of unwanted programs on your computer, I advise you can have a try with this uninstaller.

A Perfectly Clean Uninstall
When you are looking for a perfect solution to your problem, you are typically downloading and testing dozens of different applications distributed on the try-before-you-buy basis. After you complete your search, you’ll decide on just one application, and will want to remove the other products you’ve tested. But do you realize how much garbage they leave behind even after being ‘completely’ uninstalled?
If you install a comprehensive suite created by a big-name company, you’re getting the best quality software that surely knows how to behave and how to clean up after itself, right? Wrong! Many if not all products leave behind them multiple traces that are more than likely to make your computer behave odd, or even lead to problems that are impossible to predict and hard to resolve.
Want examples? How about a firewall that forgets to remove a system-level driver that filters IP packets? After uninstalling the product, the driver just sits there, doing nothing except slowing down the performance of your PC. Try another one of those firewalls and stack an extra system-level driver on top, and you’ll get connectivity problems that are very hard to resolve if you’re not an experienced system administrator.
Did you use any tools to make backups of your CDs and DVDs? There’s a bunch of tools on the market that shamelessly leave behind the drivers they use to access the disks directly, and, let’s nail it, circumvent their copy protection. Each of these drivers slows down access to optical disks and makes reads and writes less stable. You might get many coasters just because of these extra links in the driver chain.
Simple utilities created by small companies and independent software vendors are very likely to leave traces behind in many places on your computer. Being time-limited by their definition, they try to hide information about their installation date and usage in obscure places, making it deliberately difficult to trace and clean up.
There’s nothing wrong with protecting intellectual property, but what if you test a bunch of applications, and decide on a single app to do the job? Do you really have to bring all the garbage in house in order to buy just one tool?
If you start thinking that the only way to keep your computer clean is by not installing anything on it, think again! There’s a great solution to these kind of problems made by RegCure. RegCure helps you clean sweep your computer and keeps it in pristine clean condition by removing any traces left behind after you uninstall a product.
It works simply, quietly, and with no magic. RegCure makes snapshots of your system before you install an application and immediately after. Comparing the two snapshots discovers all changes that were made to the files on your hard drives and Windows Registry settings.
Uninstalling an application in RegCure sweeps your computer pristine clean, allowing for no traces to be left behind on the PC and effectively making it the way it was before you installed the application.
No more abandoned files, no hidden registry settings, and no quirky drivers to harm your PC performance! With RegCure you can try as many tools, utilities and packages as you please without slowing down your PC or littering its hard disk.
Are you a RegCure user already? Open RegCure, open the “Manage Startup” menu. From there you will be able to remove applications and all of their files, registry settings, and other traces, effectively restoring your computer into the state it was in before installing the program.

Uninstalling a Windows application leaves multiple traces such as abandoned registry keys, configuration files and shared libraries that are no longer used by any application. Uninstall Webroot Spysweeper – How To Completely Remove Webroot Spysweeper (Removal Guide)
Do you want to Uninstall Webroot Spysweeper? Of the many anti-spyware packages available, you may read that Webroot Spysweeper is ranked #1 in the top ten anti-spyware programs. Then why in the world would anyone want to uninstall webroot spysweeper?
If you’ve read any reviews on this program or logged onto any blogs, you may have read several concerns over this ‘rock solid’ anti-spyware: that it can sometimes be somewhat of a hazard and inconvenience, despite all the rave about its enhancements and bug fixes, etc.
That’s the hard truth. Others complain that spysweeper slows down their computer although, to be fair, this is not an uncommon complaint where security software is concerned. Another complaint is that it clutters and cripples your computer’s memory and Internet connection, thanks to those ad services. Customers with older computers especially suffer because the shields can take up a lot of memory.
You don’t have to be a savvy or expert computer user to realize that sometimes the best ‘fix’ for what you thought was the ‘fixer’ in the first place, is to ‘undo’. In this case, you need to uninstall webroot spysweeper to avoid having the same complaints above. You need the services of an uninstaller. But which one?
Using an Uninstaller
To remove webroot spysweeper from your computer, you can choose an uninstaller that is down loadable, free of cost, which probably can and will remove this anti-spyware program and any other malware or scare ware.
Yet, your best bet is to look for an ‘uninstaller’ program that is sure to do the following:
(a) completely uninstall any unwanted applications (like software/applications) that standard Add/Remove programs simply cannot remove, and
(b) if you have ever needed to uninstall a corrupted program manually (though inadvisable: it is far better to use a registry system clean-up program), you’ll know all about those systems errors or crashing nightmares. It’s best to err on the side of caution and go the ‘uninstaller’ route. You won’t we sorry.
Pluses of the Uninstaller
The ease and speed of using an ‘uninstaller’ program is a great plus, but there are other features and benefits associated with using this removal tool. It works! It can and will uninstall webroot spysweeper from your computer. Here are some other jobs of the uninstaller:
- will remove personal antivirus but also programs that could not be removed completely from Windows Add/Remove program. – will clean the empty/corrupted registry entry – will improve your overall PC performance (great news!) – will back up your registry – is ease of use and friendly user interface
